This is a unique destination learning-vacation opportunity. Prestudy is extremely important to ensure that you have time to relax and enjoy being in the Caribbean (rather than spending your spare time reviewing for tests). Days are focused on practicing sailing skills so you'll want to study both texts and be fully prepared to take the written tests before you arrive. For those seeking ASA certification, each level of certification will have both a written test and a skills test. We highly recommend using the curriculum (linked below), in conjunction with the textbooks, as a guide to help streamline your pre-course studying. If you don’t plan to seek ASA certifications during this course you are still welcome to come along to enjoy the location and practice your sailing skills.

Class size is limited (4-6 students/boat). Please contact us by e-mail or at 360-671-8339 for course availability, to register for this course, or if you have additional questions. This is a non-smoking/non-vaping course and recreational drugs are prohibited. All staterooms need to be filled to confirm the course. The registration deadline is 90 days before the course start date and we advise waiting until then to purchase airline tickets. Discounts and special offers may not be applied to this course.

The course will be taught on a beautiful Lagoon 42!
